RETURN POLICY
(Supplements, Test Kits, Consults)
*All sales are final.
Should you have an exception, all requests for returns must be authorized by contacting Nutrition and Your Genes at: 1-949-644-6572
(M-F, 9am to 5pm PST) or by email at Nutrition and Your Genes through the 'Contact' web page. Please note the terms below apply.
Please have your invoice and reason for return ready at the time you call or email and our staff will do their best to accommodate you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays.)
*We cannot accept returned products that have been opened.
*We can only refund the card on which the purchase was made and credit card fees apply.
*We cannot refund shipping charges.
*There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
*There is a $25.00 processing and handling fee.
*There will be a credit cancelling fee (to be determined; depending on the amount charged.)
*Returns must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.
*If you choose the replacement option, we will be shipping out a chargeable replacement for you, and we will refund you the amount of the original order when we receive your return.
*Discontinued items are not returnable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Supplements, Test Kits, Consults)
All orders are automatically sent to our warehouse for processing and shipment. While we understand that orders might need to be changed, we are unable to do it free of charge after an order has been placed. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
*If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If credit card has been charged you will incur a credit card fee.
*If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return (see above.)
*A 15% restocking fee will be assessed before the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
*Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above – including both restocking and cancellation fees.
